GOT SCAMMED BY MARTIN CO
Arranged a viewing with partner. traveled h for this property. . Really liked the property and offered to pay holing deposit. Told we cant pay it to the agent or at the property and we have to wait to see what the landlord says.
Next day got an email that the laNDLORD IS HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING...

Waited until I'd paid the holding fee and then gave the apartment to someone else really unprofessional and now they not answering phone to send back the holding fee
Would be wary sending them any deposits or holding fees because your gonna be stuck waiting for it back

Terrible company , as a landlord I was totally let down by this agent ! Would not recommend at all !!
