The lads at City Plumbing took their time to look at the faulty part and helped all the way through until there was a resolution (after 2 visits).They also advised me to try Castle Plumbing which is only around the corner (which I did), only to be told by them 'no, we don't do that', not even taking 10 seconds to look at... read full comment
