So looked online, (Images very good), then the store staff brought a pack to the store entrance for me to see to check the colour/shade, which was very helpful.Delivery was within one week, which given the current restrictions, I thought was excellent. Delivery driver was bang on time, very polite and careful when unloading the tiles and all 27 packs were delivered in perfect condition!Very good value products, brilliant store service and a top quality delivery service as well. I'll definitely be recommending and using this store again.”

“We usually place orders online and then pick them up in the shop. Orders are almost always ready to pick up within an hour of placing the order.The collection process is very simple and straightforward and usually fairly quick. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.There are plenty of parking spaces outside the shop entrance.”

“Great place, had to return a faulty padlock which was replaced with no fuss at all. In September 2022 the store has installed 2 tablets that you have to place your order on instead of ordering at the counter. This is a frustrating way of working that makes no sense at all and on our recent visit many people were so frustrated they simply walked out. Not good.”

“Where do I begin. The handsome knowledge man on the counter I think his name was Lewis? But I was just lost in his teen heart throb eyes. Served me some sticks of woods and some tins of paints. Then he said pop your card in and at that price how could I say no ??‍♂️, upon my visit a young cheese string looking fellow called Finley poped his head around the corner and offered me a cup of some machine made soup and a coffee I couldn’t work out if I was in Newport or the costa del sol. Anyways enough out me. 5 starts from me. Don’t waste time anywhere else go see these scholars of the dark arts of building materials. Also the manager has a basketball hoop on his ear.”
