“I use the app, order and collect, you can book in when you get there and the item is brought to you at the collection desk. Friendly staff and well stocked, you can reserve an item and if its not in stock you can change store to see if they have it.”

“Used to have a public counter, but is trade only now. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, prices are to bad either. The shop used to have almost every tool you could want and if they didn't have they could probably order it. I imagine they still can too, if I was a tradesman and had a trade account this is where I would go to buy the tools I needed.”

“Very helpful staff. Especially the gentleman looking after the timber products, give him a raise! Prices do seem slightly cheaper on Timber products thank the likes of Wickes but in store, it's very expensive for things like hammers etc.”

In our new home we ordered a summerhouse the guys were great the summerhouse looks amazing and is well built as I'm tall they made it a foot higher. I also ordered fence panels and John and the lady there were great to deal with. They even made me an odd shaped panel superb service and will def recommend ?”
