I had my ears pierced today at this store. The lady that pierced my ears was brilliant and it didn't hurt. She explained how to look after my ears, and the lotion was included. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I have to say everytime I visit this store the staff are always upbeat and positive! Considering how busy they were today nothing was too much trouble. Good selection of beauty products as well and reasonably priced.
