“Today I've had one of the best service experiences I've ever had. Whilst picking up a prescription I asked the Pharmacist (Mr Ajmol Ali) about a possible side effect of one of the medications I was taking. Not only did he explain the possible side effects clearly but then proceeded to take a history of my problem and give me a very thorough examination. He suggested a possible cause of the problem I was experiencing and prescribed a medicine he thought would help. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable but friendly and considerate in his manner. Whether or not the medicine sorts out the problem is secondary to the excellent service he provided. Thank you Mr Ali.”

“My husband recently had a major bypass from his groin down to foot he also had a toe amputated, when he came out of hospital he had a list of new medications I handed 1 list into my doctors and I copied another and took it into chemist the pharmacist came and talked me through everything she was so so helpful on front of counter there is a young girl there is a young girl I can’t remember her name but she has sometimes pink or red hair she is so patient, helpful and very caring, the my husband and myself have had is exceptional. We would just like to say thank you for making an extremely difficult time so much easier for us.”
