“My new glasses arm pin came out whilst on holiday in Neath and being very newly purchase I went in to Boots in Neath town centre for some help. The gentleman who served me got my details in the computer, contacted my home boots in Derbyshire and replaced my lens glass into the store's display pair and arranged for my broken frames to be sent back to the manufacturer under the guarantee - all done within 10 minutes of my asking for help. Heaven knows how I would have coped getting through the next few days without spectacles so I am extremely beholden to their help.”

“Go here for my repeat prescription. Friendly staff. The only issue would be they close for 1 hour in the afternoon. It was 2 pm till 3pm when I was there so I assumed the same everyday. I got there last time at 2.05 pm. Oops”

People want to understand how busy these places are and be respectful.”

“My husband recently had a major bypass from his groin down to foot he also had a toe amputated, when he came out of hospital he had a list of new medications I handed 1 list into my doctors and I copied another and took it into chemist the pharmacist came and talked me through everything she was so so helpful on front of counter there is a young girl there is a young girl I can’t remember her name but she has sometimes pink or red hair she is so patient, helpful and very caring, the my husband and myself have had is exceptional. We would just like to say thank you for making an extremely difficult time so much easier for us.”

“Today I've had one of the best service experiences I've ever had. Whilst picking up a prescription I asked the Pharmacist (Mr Ajmol Ali) about a possible side effect of one of the medications I was taking. Not only did he explain the possible side effects clearly but then proceeded to take a history of my problem and give me a very thorough examination. He suggested a possible cause of the problem I was experiencing and prescribed a medicine he thought would help. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable but friendly and considerate in his manner. Whether or not the medicine sorts out the problem is secondary to the excellent service he provided. Thank you Mr Ali.”

“Attended the pharmacy today with severe toothache (wisdom tooth) and was assisted in the best way possible. Cerys (the pharmacist) was promptly able to recommend a gel that would ease the pain. This was the best possible advice and the pain has completely gone. I couldn’t recommend Cerys and the entire team in Queen’s Road Pharmacy enough.”
