I know it?s more than likely policy, but it?s a little disappointing as a customer of the bank that you are made to feel as a nuisance when visiting the branch. With this branch now being my local branch which is 16 miles away while I visited to bank I asked for an appointment regarding opening an ISA which must now be done on the app, however I wanted advice something which I should be entitled to as a customer. I did have help following a discussion from s lady called Danielle. I must say that she was very helpful. However there?s not much privacy whilst discussing with only a board between you and other customers.

What bank doesn't allow you to approach a desk after queuing for a while to pay money in to pay off a credit card!!! A card that I don't know the details for! Absolutely ridiculous and I'm glad my main bank is Halifax! As a much better customer service!!! Absolutely ridiculous that everything has to be self service!!!

I needed some documents for work to prove who I am. Me and online do not get on. I went to the branch this morning a young lady called Ellea I believe her name was and most helpful. Translating my old git format to a online version.

I bank with Lloyd?s and Barclay bank. I have never seen such bad customer service from Barclays. Lloyd?s are dealing with about 6 customers at any time but Barclay bank the queues are impossible as a business trying to deposit monies and do my banking. The queues are out of control and this has been like this for a few months. So you would think that they would have noticed the problem and realised that whatever the procedures they have put in place is not working. So I just hope that everyone thinks like me and when we are back to normal, that they move their bank accounts to a bank that appreciates their customers.

Didnt like the fact that a young lady teller spent the whole time chewing gum. Most unprofessional and off putting.
