“In all the pictures it looks spotless ,but the cottage was dirty,large cobwebs, cooker filthy ,not been cleaned from the previous tenant, circular rug in living room very dirty the room stinks of dogs ,blankets in wardrobes full of dog hair ,yuk ,beds hard ,place needs a deep clean to make it exceptabe, including the dirty windows ,it's nothing like the brochure .”
