“We stayed here as part of a wedding party. The hotel is very well located in the city and on the river, with stunning rooms and really helpful staff. The breakfasts were excellent as well. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms: We hired the whole hotel and every room is absolutely beautiful and individual.”

“Located in beautifully country side the oldest pub in Hereford is worth a visit. A warm welcome, great beer and a hearty meal is to be expected. Reservations are recommended but we were fortunate to get a table. Very popular venue for tourist and locals alike. Like our host was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The food was amazing and lathe portions. A child's meal is a small adults and would be fine for someone who doesn't need a big meal. We had the vegan chilli, mac and cheese and steak and ale pie, all were wholesome and filling. Made our day trip to haye on wye. Many thanks to the team at the pandy inn. Six star rating from us. Hope to return some day.”

“Just returned from a brilliant afternoon at the pub and we were blown away. The setting and garden area is stunning and so well kept, food top draw and Tess and Darren were the perfect hosts as per usual ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Lovely Inn, staff friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to accommodate our every need (letting us check-in earlier, opening the restaurant area and serving us tasty food even though the restaurant do not usually open on a Sunday evening) Great service, lovely clean rooms with everything you could need (even Radox for a relaxing bath ?). Would definitely return.”

“Sandra was brilliant. I have complex health issues and the amount of mattresses I’ve tried is stupid. From the time we walked into the store she listened and helped us with what we needed. She is very knowledgable.

We had my dog with us because she literally won’t leave my side. For the 1st time ever she went with Sandra around the store and sat nicely while we tried out the various options. Completely unheard of.”

“Really lovely staff. Nice choice of options and quality food. Very nice bed, super comfy and the bathroom was spacious and clean.

Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend you do if you’re in the area.”

“Very comfortable clean and tasteful room. Good hot shower, firm bed. Relaxed place, breakfast just about OK. For the price, I think it is very good.

Tip: have dinner at Foyles in the village.

I would stay again, if I were in the area.”

“My wife and I Stayed for one night, we also had a well behaved dog with us, service was great, front desk staff more than helpful, room spacious and clean, location was very good with a short walk to the city centre, found a great river path that gave the option to walk to the city or a long country walk.

Great stay with no concerns will definitely book for any future visits.”

“Lovely meal. Lots of outdoor seating for a lovely day, very dog friendly. Card machines were down but option of bank transfer so didn’t affect our experience. Staff were lovely. Thank you we’ll be back!”

“1st experience of a Travelodge, it was ok.
Rooms clean and smelt nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Unfortunately no hairdryer in room (had to be requested) £3.50 for 24hrs WiFi when advertised as £3.
Postcode on sat nav was incorrect, opposite sides of road, we arrived in the dark and no street light could easily miss it.
Blackout curtains were good but where we had 2 additional beds for my children The one closet to the window had light shining on his face all morning around the edge of the curtains and the banging from guests (which i know the hotel cant help) went on all night long.
Rooms were clean and spacious and plenty of lights.”

“I visited Dunelm Hereford 3 Aug to exchange a faulty lamp. Whilst there I purchased an additional lamp which the lady staff member (Angela R) was so helpful and professional in assisting me - really excellent customer service - thanks Angela R. To do the exchange of goods I had forgot my receipt so my card was checked on the system (Angela R) to the customer rescue again - top customer service
