“When I was shopping in Home Bargains at the Crosshands store this afternoon, I couldn’t find a product and I asked a shop assistant where I could find this item, she stopped what she was doing and instantly helped me find what I was looking for, when I asked her what her name is she said her name is Bethany, I thanked her for her help and she said it’s fine and that’s what she’s there for, she was kind, genuine, nothing was too much trouble for her, she had a bubbly sense of humour, she made me feel at ease when she was showing me the different products that was available of what I was looking for. Thank you very much Bethany for your help today, your a credit to the store, keep up the good work.”

“Never had any probs with petrol! Attempted to hoover once, in the evening, by inserting coins to the machine... hoover didn’t start working but retained the coin... once reported to the petrol guys I was told that they had nothing to do with that and the guy that was responsible for the car wash & hoover had finished for the day and they couldn’t help me... pound coin gone :-) I guess it’s not the end of the world for any single customer, but it could possibly be a source of hassle free income for the hoover guys...”

“This is a great branch of M\\u0026S if you are after ladies wear or kids wear as there are large collections. The men's area has a large formal/smart wear selection but not so much in casual wear. Home area is also small but plenty of choice. There is an M\\u0026S cafe but with Covid restrictions it is likely that you'll find yourself queuing. The foodhall is medium sized but again good selection.\\n\\nLoses a star due to the poor parking options outside, it is very hard to park unless you plan your visit first thing in the morning or last thing at night.”

“Always nice friendly, helpful staff but you do get the odd one. Moderately priced. I would recommend their £5 Meal Deal. Worth getting their loyalty card. The only downside is the parking it's on the main busy road with no allocated parking ☺👍”

“This is our local convenience store, and convenient just doesn't seem explanatory enough. With local staff, and a real community feel, this is a hub for the Parc y Strade Estate and surrounding area.There is a coffee shop and chippy next door, as well as a clothes bank to the rear, making this little part of the area a real go to spot if you ever need anything last minute.Great prices, even better staff!”

“Really good shop! Nothing expired helepful staff tills always open! Always had good things I bought chocolate milk at Tesco and it was incredible! I thought I bought it for 500 pounds but thanks to my club card it was 50p”

“Still hardly any staff around, the ones that were there were friendly. Signage is a lot better than a few weeks ago. Still need staff on shop floor. Too many bosses & not enough regular staffas the saying goes. Never had the 1kg M * M's.”

“Amazing destination filled with lore for tourists. Features a 5 star spar and an indoor swimming pool. Strip club in the toilets for those who like something a little more naughty. A state of the art bar with seating and screens for parents to watch sports and even an area for the kids to play. They have a glorious car park which is patrolled by the power rangers. All situated near an ancient pyramid created many generations ago by a tribe who were trying to summon the Welsh dragon.

10/10 would recommend vising for a family day out”
