Tried to deposit cash into my joint account this morning but the condescending and belittling behaviour of a female member of staff at the rear counter of the Llanelli branch led me to taking my money and banking it with NatWest

Awful service in Lloyds Llanelli, more interested in paying people to hang round and direct you instead of serve you. Staff don't care either.Never seen something so poorly managed, embarrassing for such a large company
