“13:30pm 16/12/21Went in with my other half as she was having a major problem with her card. Was greated by a lady at the desk called *Isobel* (not sure on the spelling)who is an absolute Saint of a person. One of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever met, couldn't do enough to help and really made the entire process less stressful.Thank you Isobel for making a stressful situation enjoyable.”

“I visited Halifax today to get help on my credit score and Sam answered all the question with no problem and dealt with my problem. More people like Sam we need top man”
“Standard Barclays with all their usual services. Staff are keen and friendly, some times a queue at busier times. But this is my local Branch and if you bank with Barclays a must get to know venue Lay out is spacious good for wheel chairs and does the job.”

“Moved to Santander for our business account after being with a different bank for 20 years. The business tariff is great, where other banks are charging stilly amounts Santander keeps it realistic. David our business account manager is fantastic and will always help with anything”
“The staff in Lloyds Bank Llanelli are extremely obliging, polite and friendly. I am always greeted with a welcoming smile and this needs to be replicated in other establishments in the town, hence helping to restore the "community spirit" which is sadly lacking in today's society.”
