“Visit the shop daily recently purchased 2 beds.. Unfortunately some of the screws and bolts were missing.. Checked back in the shop couldn't find them.. One of the drivers from the delivery team actually called back to the house to see what we were missing.. The beds were a bargain.. Missing screws a slight inconvenience but no big drama.. However the delivery man took it upon himself to order the missing parts on line and deliver them to us himself.. Outstanding customer service.. Please pass my appreciation on.. Great after care service delivered.. Thank you ???”

They have helped on benefit and medical appeals, arranged numerous food bank vouchers and this summer arranged his front and back lawns cut and the hedge trimmed for only a token payment. Very good”
