Exceptional service! I arrived at the wrong dealership for a service, but they squeezed me in anyway. The guys at reception were so friendly, the service team efficient and mega helpful. Absolutely would recommend without hesitation.

Just bought out 3rd car from Gravells. As always we had brilliant service. David (i think that was his name)sorted everything out for us and kept us informed. Transition from old car to new was easy. Will definitely be using again in future. Diolch.
