Lodging in Hay-on-Wye, Wales

“Arrived for a drink with my grumpy, elderly mother & her dog, forgetting it was Sunday lunch! We were welcomed by a friendly gentleman who went out of their way to find us a comfy spot to sit even though they were in the middle of a very busy lunch service. We had a lovely glass of wine & a coffee, both of a high standard. The food looked and smelled fabulous and after the personal service we received I will definitely come back to try the Sunday roast. What a great find!”
