Picked up a new strimmer and even though I knew how to use them. I still got the run down and shown every detail for changing the blade to starting it. I'm used to battery powered strimmers so this petrol one was worth the demo. Excellent customer service.

Bought a mower from them last year and recently had it serviced. Was told it would take 2 weeks but they didn't contact us. We called 4 weeks later. Seems it was ready after 1 week!
