It's an excellent little pub, halfway up the mountain but well worth a visit. Nice locals, a beer garden and a two tier bar/lounge. We'll worth a visit.
Wheelchair accessibility: Sadly as it is perched on the hill access is only for the intrepid visitor. Wirth a visit though. Proper old pub.
A cosy and friendly proper pub. We specialize in Real Ales and Cider (we are in the Good Beer Guide) as well as a range of draught lager, Guinness & ciders. We also have a range of wines and spirits. Walkers and dogs are welcome. We have a range of bar snacks that includes rolls and home-made scotch eggs. Our food offering are a variety of theme nights. Tuesday and Friday are Pizza Night, Wednesday is Curry Nights and Thursday are Steak Night. All served 5-8pm with a Vegan/Veggie option available. Our food is home-made, freshly at the pub. We host a Weekly Acoustic Jam night on Mondays, band night on a Friday and a monthly Open Mic Night on the 2nd Saturday of the month.
