I simply went in for a birthday card and balloon! I was served by a lovely lady called Mandy who jumped on the till as soon as it started getting busy . I bought rose gold 70 online and took them to be inflated in store at Cwmbran. Harvey was so pleasant and polite. Unfortunately the 7 deflated later that day but I spoke to Karen who was lovely and offered a refund. The customer care was excellent in store too when Tracy actioned my refund. Thank you very much appreciated.
