Food hall small and compact but able to pick up a few different choices for a treat, enjoyed my long awaited visit x”

“A nice modern space, with great potential. It’s used well for festive events or promotional activities/ events for families. It’s a shame that some of the big brand shops have closed, hoping that new ones will take their place soon. For us the appeal is the cinema and pizza express for a cheeky evening film out, with shopping options if desired.”

“The few staff there are here are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble for them. The products are vast and prices are competitive. I really wanted to give a 5* rating but feel that the number of availiable assistants lets the store down and creates long queues which can be frustrating. This isnt a reflection on the current staff there, the company have let them and the customer down by not providing the correct number of staff to meet customer demand.”

“Staff are always helpful and pleasant, but I don't feel the shopping experience is what it should be the shop is over stocked and it feels like your shopping at a market not a boutique staff tell me this is to do with head office I complained to them but unfortunately no response”
