“Lovely place to visit for shopping I have worked a few times doing different activities around Carmarthen shopping areas and recently worked at their Christmas event they put so much effort into the day for the community it was enjoyed by many people.”

“I called in today to pick up school uniform for my son who will be going into Year 7 at Ysgol Bro Myrddin in September. Both members of staff were great, but I really want to say that the person that helped us with the uniform (I'm sorry but I didn't ask his name, he is at Ysgol Bro Myrddin himself, going into the 6th form in September) was brilliant. He was friendly, asking my son questions about starting Secondary School, and also chatted to my youngest son too. Very professional and very friendly. Diolch o galon.”

“Very nice store, staff are always very polite and helpful. Nice selection of goods in store and their ssle items are a huge bargain.The store is clean has hand sanitiser by the door, has an escalater to go up and down stairs, plus normal stairs and a lift ?”

“Very helpfull today when doing my xmas shoping the staffs was amazing they got all 10 babie doll down for me to look at but the one i wanted was not there but got the bluey house i wanted in the sale so was happy with that but they went out of there way to help me out tho lol so a big thankyou to them all”

“Staff are always helpful and pleasant, but I don't feel the shopping experience is what it should be the shop is over stocked and it feels like your shopping at a market not a boutique staff tell me this is to do with head office I complained to them but unfortunately no response”

“The few staff there are here are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble for them. The products are vast and prices are competitive. I really wanted to give a 5* rating but feel that the number of availiable assistants lets the store down and creates long queues which can be frustrating. This isnt a reflection on the current staff there, the company have let them and the customer down by not providing the correct number of staff to meet customer demand.”

“Had to queue for 20mins, beautiful flowers, arrangements, plants for mothers day, card's for all occasions really pretty different cards some overpriced but some were so unusual worth the extra. Food hall small and compact but able to pick up a few different choices for a treat, enjoyed my long awaited visit x”
