Tried to call tsb about the problem l was having with on line banking and three times l only got told that they were dealing with customers and good by , and to go to the internet not happy with this service feel l will change my bank.

I usually love TSB and never need to go to the bank but I went I there yesterday at 4:30 and they said it was closed when the signs clearly says 5pm and no explanation was given as to why….
