Excellent service provided by Luke Hallinan who dealt with a very delicate matter on behalf of my 90 year old Mother. Totally professional throughout, providing advice and assistance in an empathetic manner at all times. Each stage of the matter was dealt with immediately with constant contact throughout which assisted in this matter being brought to a very satisfactory and swift conclusion. Really bad service. Spoke to a solicitor today called Wendy Kelly made me feel like an inconvenience to her. Wasn't prepared at all no laptop no nothing and was happy to see me leave

I queried them defending me based on their rating. I received no phone call and when I called I found out the message the secretary was meant to pass on and ensure someone called me back, was not recorded at all and definitely not passed on. I called the following day and the lady was more concerned that it was not her and someone else than actually helping me so I said I will leave this review and use a better service. I will edit this later and give you the name of the service. Avoid using Robertsons if you want a lawyer and service who takes you and your case serious.Thanks
