Really bad service. Spoke to a solicitor today called Wendy Kelly made me feel like an inconvenience to her. Wasn't prepared at all no laptop no nothing and was happy to see me leave

I queried them defending me based on their rating. I received no phone call and when I called I found out the message the secretary was meant to pass on and ensure someone called me back, was not recorded at all and definitely not passed on.
