I took my 2 year old here and my child was told to be quiet her appointment was 11.50 an was seen at 12.07 an when I spoke to the staff I was told no1 told her to be quiet and was told to take my child somewhere else rude people who work here never will I bring my child back

The opticians here are great, however the elderly receptionist is extremely and disgustingly rude. They will only show you respect if you buy from them however as soon as you change your mind, they show their true colours. Very rude, can here them whispering oh my god, while your making an enquiry, huffing and puffing. At first my elderly parent spoke to the receptionist on loud speaker and the receptionist had a blunt bad attitude. The customer service needs to be audited, to ensure people, especially the elderly are spoken to and listened... read full comment
