Some time ago I needed help with a broken arm in glasses frame. The arm was replaced for me quickly AND for free. After having had a horrible experience with SpecSavers on Albany road (both opticians and customer service), Chalmers was such a lovely change!

I went there because they’ve had arrangements with my work, eye test was good, customer service was great until things got complicated.
