Friendly staff in store but I have NEVER been able to reach them by phone . What is the point of having a contact number?

So went and dropped off a prescription for some antibiotics was told it would take an hour (thought hour is a bit of a long time) so decided to go somewhere and grab some food. Security guard was following behind on ever isle. Felt very uncomfortable due to this and will not be shopping there again.
