I was given a letter which allowed me to be seen by docs and hospital swiftly. “Excellent customer service . Needed travel advice that needed to be very accurate due to risks associated with a chronic health condition . The time and attention and care that was given to me was exceptional. The pharmacist took time to go away and do a really thorough literature search and look at all the available medical information for us , rang us twice with really good advice that went above and beyond vaccines. We ended up not needing the vaccines, so the input was in no way driven by anything financial. Far from it. I ended up feeling guilty given the time and effort that was clearly spent on this and then us not needing to purchase the vaccines. Thank you so much. Genuinely the best customer service.”

“I recently started coming to this pharmacy after being made to wait two weeks for the one on Crwys Road to fill a prescription for sertraline, I eventually gave up and asked for it to be returned to me to go elsewhere.Woodville pharmacy were able to fill my prescription the same day, and in under 5 minutes. The staff were super friendly, polite and efficient. Highly recommend this pharmacy over other far less professional ones in the area.”
