Excellent quality, value and customer service. They are a masterclass in how to run a business. Helpful and friendly sales service. No pressure, upselling or hidden charges. Courteous and efficient fitters. Quality carpet which was cheaper than the big retailers. I'll never go anywhere else for my carpets in future.

Amazing service fromBirchgrove Carpets, they went above and beyond and I would highly recommend.I used another local carpet shop 3 years ago who didn’t do a very good job with fitting bathroom vinyl. I deliver skips here I've had a look around and the carpets are 10/10 quality the staff/owners are really nice aswell
