Terrible experience on buy back using the "buy back" promise. After 45 minutes standing at kiosk, cashier unable to complete return of currency and said could only provide standard sell rate, which would have been £24.93 less favourable for me. Also refused to refund the £2.99 buy back charge. Or I could come back to store when manager could be available (but unable to say when this might be). Had to insist on completing today, she then reluctantly phoned IT, telling them that I was in a hurry(!). (We're nearly at an hour mark by this stage.) Turned out she had confused the online order date with the date of email confirming collection was ready. So once the correct (order) date was entered, all went ahead OK.ASDA Money: please train your cashiers. This is dreadful customer service and stressful for them if they don't know what they're doing.

Laura and Lydia were not just very helpful but also really nice to talk to! A really great customer service experience resulting in me getting my Travel Card which at first I didn't really know about but was explained everything perfectly! They are both definitely a credit to the Asda Coryton Money Exchange branch!
