Terrible experience on buy back using the "buy back" promise. After 45 minutes standing at kiosk, cashier unable to complete return of currency and said could only provide standard sell rate, which would have been £24.93 less favourable for me. Also refused to refund the £2.99 buy back charge. Or I could come back to... read full comment
