Numerous phone calls over 2 days to make an appointment and no one ever answers the phone

Does anyone ever get a call back from Asda opticians in Coryton...I went to the store twice, Asked Jonathan on Wednesday 14th June to find out if a pair of glasses I wanted to order contained nickel as I have an allergy and he said he would find out and ring...no phone call. Asda Coryton Cardiff. Ok i suppose. 6week wait for eye test and just over 3 week wait for glasses but these long waiting times seem to be the norm everywhere since covid. I paid £120 for 2xpairs of glasses. Customer service skills are lacking. The younger staff seem friendly but the older staff do not make you feel... read full comment
