The receptionists at llanberis surgery must absolutely hate people who need medical help, they never answer the phone, when they do they're very rude, and always go out of their way to make sure you cant get an appointment!

Absolute dire of a place. Never can get through, on hold for ages, then puts phone down. 0 stars!! I'm going to put in a complaint. They need sacking!!

Really friendly staff and they will always help if they can plus since the new phone system has been put in its so much easier to get a doctors appointment I think this is the best surgery in the Caernarfon area
