Doing my weekly shop today, when Tesco announced that they'd like us to observe a 2 minute silence to honour the 80th anniversary of VJ day. I was happy to do it it's shameful that that Tesco didn't instruct their staff to observe it too! Many of them carried on picking stock all around me.

Tried to ring re new potatoes which were very smelly and soft, no way of speaking to anyone in the store, tried various options.Don't have time or want to spend the money to drive there anytime soon. If I had ordered online, it seems that it would be possible.
