Excellent experience today, needed to open a new savings account and transfer funds. Ieuan, the manager, was so helpful and knowledgeable. I hadn't booked an appointment, but he fitted me in and dealt professionally with my requirements. Thank you!

Opens 9.30 closes 1500. I work from 7.30 till 15.30. Saturday they are open 9.30 till 12.30, I work 7.30 till 12.30. Sunday is my day off and they are closed.Could book a day off to go the bank. But last time I done that I was sent away and told to use the banking app.Its a nightmare getting anything done in this country...

The closure of Santanders high street banks is not really effective, when the internet is down or being hacked. Most customers prefer a counter service with a human intervention, rather than AI and chat bots
