Repair shop upstairs fixed my zipper on my coat! The lady was lovely and very knowledgeable and helpful, fixed it in 5 minutes despite having to remove the damaged slider, and because she didn't have to replace the whole zip, it was only £20. Have to say the staff are most delightful, answered my mundane questions and helped me find what I needed. One must say that the 'mature' ladies who work there certainly know how to look after their customers. Bob.

Our first Welsh store in Betws-y-Coed, so close to the wild mountains we love.
Think of us as your North Wales base camp, a really well-equipped gear store with the entire Alpkit product range inside. We've got wetsuits to try on, bikepacking luggage to fit for size and sleeping bags packed up to show their pack sizes. You can hire a bouldering mat, demo a bike, or book your tired and weary kit in for repair. Or you can just come in and hang out when you're soggy and tired after a full day of running, hiking, climbing, swimming or biking!
