Be prepared for them to take your booking without telling you half the restaurant menu isn’t available, not because they’re busy but because apparently someone’s incompetent and has forgotten to order food to serve in the restaurant….The food that was available was average at best.

Just had most amazing weekend at white lion Bala for our friends 50th birthday celebrations .Room 104 absolutely fabulous comfy spacious clean reception staff helpful only used bar facilities breakfast disappointing as no hot breakfast served hot breakfast is a must !!! Nice enough looking pub but our food all came out at different times, the vegi sausages (sausage and mash) were swapped for falafel with mash and gravy and two of our other meals were cold.The staff took them away and it was still cold after clearly having been microwaved and the chips refried to a crisp.
