Worst customer service experience that I have ever received. Was informed, even though I have other accounts with Nationwide as well, that I’m not to come into branch again because I had opened my account online. Therefore was not privy to service. They asked for a proof of address that was not listed on their website, basically told me what I should do with my money, expressed disbelief that I had an address even when proof was right in front of them, witheld my verification documents even when I requested them to give them back to me to wind me up.
