Right this second or it wouldn’t be available later for pick up (probably lies) as he’s in work until 6pm.Anyways, I get there and the lovely woman is so helpful. She sees me about to get the pram out and she tells me not to bother sorting all the pram and rain covers out as she will bring my item right to my car for me. I gave her my order number and she brought the hammer - that I’ll probably end up whacking my partner with if he sends me out with the baby in this again- straight to my car. I didn’t catch her name but I just want to thank her so much.Lovely customer service from her. Even though she was and probably has been out in this weather all day already. Thank you so much again.”
