“Really helpful, friendly staff. Unable to browse the store range due to covid restrictions. So looked online, (Images very good), then the store staff brought a pack to the store entrance for me to see to check the colour/shade, which was very helpful.Delivery was within one week, which given the current restrictions, I thought was excellent. Delivery driver was bang on time, very polite and careful when unloading the tiles and all 27 packs were delivered in perfect condition!Very good value products, brilliant store service and a top quality delivery service as well. I'll definitely be recommending and using this store again.”

“Great place, had to return a faulty padlock which was replaced with no fuss at all. In September 2022 the store has installed 2 tablets that you have to place your order on instead of ordering at the counter. This is a frustrating way of working that makes no sense at all and on our recent visit many people were so frustrated they simply walked out. Not good.”

“I've use this place quite a lot and the staff I've dealt with Jordan, Amelia, Taylor have been really helpful, friendly dealing with my enquiries and purchasing of stuff from, kitchens, doors joinery, which is high quality, the other thing is if you order a kitchen and there's things missing they carry a good selection of parts at their depot, unlike some places I know where you have too wait weeks and sometimes months.”

“We have recently become home owners in our 20s & have absolute 0 idea what we are doing… but Dean in toolstation took the time to give us some super friendly and helpful tips such as keeping all our screws, products and tricks etc! He also recommended products for us to use and generally took interest and time to help two very confused people! ? Dean was an absolute light and comfort during a very stressful and confusing time!
