“Collections are pretty straight forward and the staff are always accommodating and polite, although i would still prefer not to have to go to collect myself! This is the third time i have had to go collect something after the red card was shoved through my letter box when we were home and no one heard the doorbell OR a knock! Every other delivery person will give us a chance to answer , or , either leaves the parcels in a safe place or with a neighbour but i think this must be too much of a delay for Royal Mail! It seems they are ok with letters but useless with parcels!”
