“When to return some equipment to EE, I am a disabled driver so this is handy as there is a loading bay just round the corner which I can use, without getting a parking ticket, as this is allowed in Sunderland, was informed of this by a traffic warden. But obviously use your common sense. You can get a wheelchair in but you could be left waiting outside as space is limited”

“Huge shoutout to Post Office clerk Louise for going above and beyond to put me at ease regarding an international Amazon.de return. I've had an enormous headache dealing with Amazon Germany (HUGE UNDERSTATEMENT) let alone my local Post Office lady, who I'll be sure to slate review wise for being so utterly unhelpful, brash, clueless, and dismissive of my concerns.I was told by my local branch that the address was not complete on my package. Despite the return being printed in full from Amazon's app and followed to the letter in placing and completing all boxes and required signatures on the paperwork. I cannot further fill out an automated address given to me via Amazon's app - I have no further details to give. Apparently the last clerk I spoke to couldn't wrap her head around this and spoke down to me as if I was the one who was intellectually challenged.Went out of my way to take it to Chester Road where Louise listened to my concerns and oversaw my entire return, making sure to highlight tracking numbers, and advise me to shorten out my return address on the form given the poor formatting provided from Amazon. While it's still unknown whether the package will make it to them or not, the fact she reassured, educated me to prevent future mistakes, and did everything in her power to work within the complicated limits given to me by Amazon was just astounding. Fantastic service.I hope you read this, Louise. Thank you so very much. You've made what should have in the end been a simple purchase and return much smoother. I'll be sure to come back for more complicated or important deliveries. Your experience and kindness goes for miles and you should be promoted for your excellence.”
