I visited this Post office on the 6th January and I was served by a very friendly helpful lady who made my experiencing of having a sad day brighter and for that I was truly appreciative. Euro Lady ?

Was told they don’t accept change unless in bags of £10 or £20, I was depositing £26.50 into my bank account using £20 note, £2 coin, 3 x £1 coin, 2 x 50p, 2 x 20p and 10p in change. All of the coins are legal tender and should not have been refused, hoping to find an email address for an official complaint.

Well each time I visit this PO the staff are rude and not very helpful!!! But I go in yesterday and because the lady behind the counter is actually telling/asking ppl to leave a review on the website .they're totally different ppl..ie trying to be nice and friendly .but to be quite frank it's totally fake and proves the... read full comment
