I was in Asda Wallsend this morning buying items for work for a near by local funeral directors. I did not bring enough petty cash with me from the office to cover the bill so a lovely lady that works there called Andrea or Amanda I think paid the rest with her own personal bank card. This store need to reset their staff customer service! I don’t usually get upset easily, last few weeks I had several awful experiences with staff! Not helpful to start to being rude , sarcastic, terrible attitude towards customers . Very disappointed how their service is going down so fast! Very sad to see this store... read full comment
