“The shop is really spacious and easy to find things staff are very helpful. We also went in the cafe and the staff are friendly and the service was brilliant, we had literally just sat down and our food was ready. Very clean and plenty of places to sit and good priced. Will for sure be going back”

“I was shopping today (1/6/23) got served by Neil, I would like to compliment you on such a lovely member of staff. He was so lovely, apologising for my wait, and chatting throughout the transaction, so friendly and helpful. I had to pop back for something I forgot, and I was on the self serve, I saw him assisting an elderly lady with a walker frame, packing her shopping, and chatting. He was so genuine and lovely. I hope he gets to find out about this compliment, as it’s goody to hear, not just all the bad stuff.”

“Nice sized Nisa store with parking available. Good range of beers and wines with reasonable offers. Like other Nisa stores, they have a small but good selection of fresh and chilled produce available, such as fruit and veg, bacon, milk, bread cheese etc. Also have a good range of cupboard staples such as tinned food, sauces, pasta and so on.”

“Happy, lively, shop. We visit here often. Easy access from local trunk roads. Plenty of free parking. Friendly, helpful staff. Love their bakery. There are frequent stock-outs though. Not Lidl's fault. I suspect it is a supply chain problem. Annoying though. As a side note: not all Lidl's are created equal. The Battle Hill store is by far the best locally. The new one at Ryke Lane is modern but unfriendly. One of those soulless stores that somehow doesn't quite hit the spot. We gladly go the extra distance to Battle Hill.”
