Dreadful. Would never buy from here again. Whilst I appreciate it is standard practice for fitters to be independent from the shops selling the flooring, most good ,decent companies do make an effort to assist when something goes wrong. The carpet superstore doesn't. They sell you flooring and recommended their fitters... read full comment

Amazing service, great product. All staff amazing! Fitters were fab too. All round service unreal. Would definitely recommend and will be back for more products when needed.
