Only ever gave their opinion when asked, which was super helpful because we were undecided about what to get when we initially got there. They were VERY clear about delivery lead times, availability, and how the order process works, the best way to install the floors, and best way to maintain them. and this was all done within 24hrs yea u read it correctly 24hrs !!! We purchased laminated flooring and it looks ridiculous awesome . Lastly - they showed soooo much respect for my customers personal belongings and that’s something barely anyone does.
