Thank you luke for all the amazing help today with my daughter. Shes 10 and very into skincare and loves lush but has sensitive skin. Brilliant at answering questions and giving advice.

Our store has an open doorway, providing a large open space to access the store through. The shop’s entrance has a slight incline up into the store. If you require further assistance entering the store, give us a call on 0191 567 4389 where one of our staff members will be happy to help you.
Our store is on one flat level and brightly lit throughout. The inside of the store has wooden units lining the surrounding walls of the shop with shelving above some of them and there are 2 waist height tables too: 1 running through the centre towards the front of the store, and another running width ways across the back of the store. All units/tables have wide, clutterfree pathways surrounding them.
