“The room was clean. Had everything in it (apart from decent air conditioning) / hairdryer, iron board , kettle. Staff helpful. Breakfast was ok. Only grumble was the sausages were disgusting. Cumberland - which are always dried out and taste revolting. Nothing wrong with a normal greasy pork link.”

“MARTIN & LIAM TELFER What an amazing team. Honestly such a friendly bunch - with so much knowledge about floors it’s silly. Only ever gave their opinion when asked, which was super helpful because we were undecided about what to get when we initially got there. They were VERY clear about delivery lead times, availability, and how the order process works, the best way to install the floors, and best way to maintain them. and this was all done within 24hrs yea u read it correctly 24hrs !!! We purchased laminated flooring and it looks ridiculous awesome . Lastly - they showed soooo much respect for my customers personal belongings and that’s something barely anyone does. Would give 6 stars if I could. Will use them again for sure. A great experience - if only everyone was like them. Thank you martin and hisand team! “Popped into this store about 10.00am today and the lady operating at the checkout could not have been more helpful by going out of her way to help us locate some door numbers. She had a most positive welcoming approach and ensured we found what we were looking for. As an ordinary everyday customer this experience is more than likely to result in us making repeat visits for those incidental DIY bits and bobs that we need from time to time. In addition, I would suggest the respective counterparts or managers from another certain large DIY chain store in nearby Washington visit this store and take on board the values and rewards of making an effort to engage positively with those in need of assistance, whatever the resulting task may be.”

“The fitter Gavin called at our house at 0815 on the 2nd January this year to fit our new bathroom. I have to say his work ethic is second to none, between a quarter past eight and four 'o clock he never stopped for the three weeks it took to fit. It was worth the wait and the results were stunning and worth every penny.We had obtained other quotes, some cheaper but the knowledge and expertise shown won through for the Bathroom Studio team at Birtley. They are not satisfied unless you are too.I cannot recommend them highly enough”

“Lovely shop friendly staff however my only moan is that the checkouts are right at the very back of the shop and as my partner has mobility issues quite a distance to walk their and then back to exit again bit all in all a good store plus a bonus they have toilets and baby change room which is great as the only other place that has loos over their is Costa coffee but no baby change facilities”

“We have just had our bathroom renovation completed by Premier Craft and would highly recommend this business. From the design to installation and completion, they were great! Our fitter was a perfectionist (the best type of fitter to have) and at the end of each day left no mess. We absolutely love our new bathroom - what a transformation! “Went in yesterday and was helped by Dave, as i am on crutches he was very helpful and took me upstairs in the lift in stead of going up the stairs which I thought was very nice of him to do. He went through everything with me and sorted me with a three piece which was best suited to me. He explained all the finance and protection thoroughly and spoke to the Manager Paul who also helped with my choice. Everything was done with in an hour of me going in they were so helpful and friendly it was a pleasant experience. Thank you for all your help”

“Finally after 4 visits and no help whatsoever I went armed with what I thought needed in plumbing had again asked for help to be told by women isn't anyone to help.
Finally a gent named Richard came past on an electric trolley didn't work on that department, took his time as I explained had been in nearly hour trying to figure out what I needed he went through everything and was amazing got me sorted in 10 mins I can't thank him enough pity rest staff are not as conscience.
