Beware: Staff on reception are highly snobby, rude and condescending. They had a racist smirk on their faces whilst talking to us. We did not feel welcome there and shall not be returning any time soon.Upon exit, my friend did not know what to do with the towel they provided, so we kindly wanted to return it to reception.... read full comment
