I placed a 30minute collect to store order online yesterday and like a donut did it to the wrong store. Contacted the online department who never got back to me. So I rang the store today and spoke to a lovely person called India (sorry if spelt wrong). She went out of her way to help me. Checking with different people... read full comment

Called in to have eyebrows done. Disappointing that they only do Thursday,Friday and Saturday.
