Not a very good banking experience to be honest. Used to be a good bank but declined rapidly in past few years with awful customer service.

What a bank, Absolute waste of space and no customer service or accountability in existence. Shambles and just department on department that continually pass the buck, cover up for their incompetence and fraud that exists within the bank. The man on the phone was so rude,Noel he was called. No help whatsoever. Told him not to cancel my card because I had to take my dog to the vets tomorrow and now I can’t because he’s blocked my card because money got taken out my bank.will be changing banks
